libgdbclient - library for talking to gdbservers

For now this library contains routines for reading and writing target (e.g. cpu/hardware board) memory, but can be extended (and likely will be) for other ways of quering and changing target state.
Archive contains library sources and two cli programs: readmem and writemem, which names are self-explaning.

Everything was tested with adv_jtag_bridge (OpenRISC debug interface) and there were adequate results.
